Art Cards and Something Else

These art cards were made for a group called the Ye Olde Swap Shoppe on a photo sharing website that I belong to. We can make art cards, postcards or art on envelopes then add them to the group pool to be traded with other members. I did private trades before, but this is the first time adding my art to a group like this. It's a new and exciting direction for me.

All of them are watercolor paint on watercolor paper. 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches.

Now something happened to me that I really didn't think I was ready for, but kind of knew that one day it would happen.....again. Are you curious? Oh ok I'll tell you, but not all of it. I decided to do another 365 day photo project again where I have an object and take one photo of it for one year. I'm not going to tell you what that object is yet, you'll find out later on today...that is if I don't chicken out. All that I will say is be prepared for the unexpected.

  1. The watercolor paint on watercolor paper gives lovely hues and texture! I enjoyed these. Very fascinated with "girl with crow " ...enchanting :)

  2. Beautiful watercolors--sounds like a fun way to get your art out there and receive some, too! I remember your previous 365 day project...Could Blue be making a come back?!

    1. Thanks so much. No it's not Blue for this particular project. But I have been thinking of maybe bringing him back for a 52 week project though, one picture a week for one year. I do miss photographing the little guy, but for this new project it's something totally different. I'll be posting it soon.

  3. Roxanne, I really like the group you got involved with, but I have one complaint, you didn't make any of these aceo's for your shop? LOL! Love them all Roxy! Who ever gets them, are going to love them! Make sure you show what you get ;o)
I was going to say Blue too, can't wait to see!! Hugs ;o)

    1. Thanks so much Stacy! I'm going to be doing more like these soon in this style for my Etsy shop and maybe some for Ebay. I got my new photo project posted...check it out...don't laugh. Ok you can. :)
